Who you’ll be working for:
This is an amazing opportunity to break into the travel industry if you speak German fluently and have customer service (contact centre or hospitality) experience. Our customer is a global, award winning travel company who have moved their contact centre from being office based to remote home working, anywhere in the UK. They will provide full travel industry training (remotely) to all successful candidates.
What you’ll do
Working from home, on a shift roster including 3 out of 5 weekends (days given back during the week in lieu) this customer service advisor role will see you being the first point of contact for enquiries received from travellers and travel agents. You'll get to know the customer’s needs, asking and answering questions and giving advice. Your ultimate goal is to drive bookings through great customer service.
