Who you’ll be working for:
My customer is looking for a globally experienced, CISSP qualified, Business Resilience and Continuity Director, to join their hugely successful and very well-established international travel business. With operations in over 120 countries and a significant head count within their numerous contact centres, they are driven by providing a dynamic, innovative, gratifying, service to their travel business partners and customers.
What you’ll do:
The CISSP qualified Business Resilience and Continuity Director will work with global stakeholders and business leaders to define business continuity, disaster management, cyber security strategies and all associated roadmaps to ensure that no matter the issue, there is minimal impact to the business.
What they’re looking for:
  • CISSP qualified
  • 10-15+ years’ experience in a similar role for a large global business is essential.
  • Extensive experience leading and responsibility for cyber security, disaster recovery, fraud and GDPR will all be listed on your CV
  • Track record of success – driven and dynamic, motivated by success
  • Experience of the latest technology used within contact centres including machine learning, artificial intelligence and robotics
  • Forensic IT investigation experience
  • Ideally a graduate in a maths subject and or MIS systems
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills (visual, verbal and vocal)
  • Ability to travel internationally
